- Category: St. Joseph Hospital
- Posted On:
Crowdstrike outage update as of 10 a.m.
- Across the system, more than 95% of all clinical applications and back-end servers have been recovered. At St. Joseph, most applications are stable; work continues on Pyxis.
- IS teams are working non-stop to get the remaining affected devices back online as quickly as possible. Mission-critical devices will be prioritized. Report critical issues to House Supervisor.
- Many computers and devices still need to be restored and IS is maintaining a running list. Current focus is our largest departments with the most devices affected.
- Lab Telcor interface (POC) has a backlog of results to upload, so will take some time to catch up.
- Providence caregivers are reporting phishing attempts that include fake emails, phone calls and texts. Legitimate systemwide updates are sent from Providence Communications (communications@providence.org). Local updates will come from your legitimate local communication channels.
- Good news! Starbucks is returning to normal operating hours tomorrow.
- Command Center will meet tomorrow, Mon. Jul 22 at 9:30 am to assess progress.
