Dear Caregivers,
Today begins the sacred season of Lent for Christians around the world. Ash Wednesday marks the start of 40 days leading up to Easter Sunday. It serves a time of reflection and repentance as we recommit to our faith and to one another.
As we enter this solemn period, I want to acknowledge the Holy Father, Pope Francis, who remains hospitalized. Last Thursday, our priests here at St. Joseph held a special mass in our Chapel to send healing thoughts and prayers to the pontiff’s bedside.
Wishing you all a peaceful and hopeful Lent as we anticipate brighter days of Easter ahead.
